Submit Event

We’d love to display your church’s events on the Hope in Bedfordshire website. We’ve got a few rules and guidelines you’ll need to agree to, and you do need to have set up an account with us beforehand. It’s quick and easy…

Please give as much detail as possible, including a street name/postcode if possible. We use this to generate a map for your event.


Please give a brief description of the event. Remember to include any entrance fees and the intended audience. If there is a dress code or restrictions on entry, remember to mention them here too!


We associate an image with each listing on the site. We will crop the image you supply to 700px wide by 200px tall. Alternatively, if you do not supply an image, we will source one we deem to fit with your event and use that.


We will host one file, up to 8MB in size connected with each event if you wish. You could use this to allow visitors to download a poster or flyer for your event. We suggest converting your files to a format most people will be able to access, like a PDF
