A seven week course for parents of young children (aged 0-6), wanting a chance to share their journey of parenting with others.

Using material from the Family Care Trust, the sessions will include DVDs, discussion, space to reflect and an opportunity for the group to share experiences and support one another.

The course is being run by Russell Park Baptist Church is free of charge and a crèche will be available. Crèche staff are CRB checked.

The Gadsden Band – a brass band originating from Stewartby – will be performing with guest appearances from the Castle Community Choir.  Expect an enjoyable evening of rousing music  (the band was formed in 1919 as a brass quartet providing open air accompaniment for hymn singing at open air services).  Refreshments will be served.

There is no charge, but the Band hopes to raise funds for two young people (with Gadsden connections) planning to undertake gap year projects from the Summer.

Your chance to share a curry, catch a DVD, talk, listen, learn…

Create the space to spend some time together with your partner, having a relaxed and enjoyable evening – yes, even on a week day.
