Silent Night December 2014

Sports stadia and other venues are preparing to hold Silent Night Carol Services in December 2014 – marking the centenary of World War 1 and the 1914 truce in the trenches. We are working with Sports Chaplaincy UK, the Football Association and a top record company to provide churches and sports clubs with a specially-written version of the carol Silent Night and other resources so that communities can come together to sing carols as part of Hope14. The dream is Silent Night Carol Services in major football stadia, cathedrals, churches and shopping centres as Hope14 reaches a climax at the end of the year. Do pray with us as these plans take shape. Share this video with your church or small group and ask God how you can use this opportunity to reach sports fans and others in your community.
It is amazing to hear of all that churches are doing to reach out in words and action – God bless you as you go out in Jesus’ name.
